Inspection and measurement of the premises in order to provide a summary of the location, extent and condition of the property.
Schedule of Wants of Repair prepared and submitted to Client.
Various viewings with Client to consider the suitability of the property for the proposed uses.
Negotiations with Police Authority’s agents on proposed asking price of £750,000. As a result of Robertson’s representations and negotiations, a purchase of the property was agreed with the Vendor’s Agent at a significant reduction in price. Heads of Terms were agreed and forwarded to Client’s solicitors.
Introduction of a recommended architect to advise on potential layout, alterations and to prepare plans for submission of planning application for change of use and then to project manage the refurbishment and alteration works.
Upon grant of planning permission, progression of the purchase of the property in conjunction with Solicitors and Vendor’s Agent through to completion.
